In Project Earth, we join the human race in a period of expansion where space seems infinte and the boundaries are undefined. In this future, computers are endlessly more powerful thatn today, but still cannot beat the power of the human mind. The most sophisticated usage for the latter is for commanding the spaceships of Earth's fleet. One out of a billion people has the capability to run so-called Bahamuts, motherships that are the essense of any space fleet. Such people are neurally connected to the mothership and are able to virtually manage all of its functions. Such people are called sundivers
